The Change Password page allows you to change the password for the username you are using to log in.

Once you have logged in click on the ‘Account’ tab and then click the ‘User Management’ sub-tab. To change your password, click on the ‘Change Password’ button. The Change Password page provides you with the option to change your password and security question. The available fields are as follows:

• Old Password - The current password used to log in.
• New Password – The new password you wish to use.
• Confirm Password – Confirmation of the new password you wish to use.
• Question - New security question that you must answer to recover your password.
• Answer - New security question answer you must provide to recover your password.

Please note: When creating usernames and passwords for your account, the following rules will apply:

Username – Must be 6 to 32 characters in length and can include letters, numbers and other characters, @, &, %, etc., but can’t contain the following characters: < or >. The username must also be available. If a username has been used by another seller, or if a username has been used and deleted from your account, you will be unable to use that username.

Password – Must be 8 to 32 character in length. It must also contain at least 1 character from each of the following classes:
- lower case letter
- upper case character
- number
Passwords may also contain:
- symbol (except ” ‘ [ ] { } < > )
