Participation in the community site and the ticket system is completely optional. Both of these systems are also open to the public. The admin panel is, of course, restricted to active suppliers. The ticket system login is primarily for access to previously submitted tickets. Many suppliers and customers only interact with the ticket system through email, so never use a login.</description>
