Hello,

I'm using this parameters: ?sid={1}&cart_order_id={2}&total={3}&c_prod={4},1&c_name={5},c_description={6},c_price={7} to redirect the users to 2CO payment page, of course I replace the {} for the real values, but when the page get displayed the product information doesn't load very well, basically it load as product name and short description the value that I'm passing as cart_order_id

Any ideas on why is this happening?

BR,
Geykel

Based on what you described, it sounds like your return script is not processing the return parameters properly. Custom parameters and their values are passed back to your approved url on both demo and live sales. The only difference between the passback on a demo sale is that the value of the MD5 hash we pass back to verify the authenticity of the sale will not be valid. To confirm this, please set your approved url on your account's Site Management page to our test return script which will display all parameters that are passed to it. Mixing the 3 parameter sets will cause a parameter error in our purchase routine that will prevent the customer from completing their order.

Please contact us directly with any questions you may have so that we can assist you with your site's integration.

Getting real frustrated trying to make 2CO work.

'if you pass any parameters to our system that are not used by us, they will be returned as-is'
I pass custom parameters in and they come back blank. I pass in 'cart_order_id' it comes back empty.
To make thing worse the only way to do an end-to-end test is with a real cc order. The two 'test' methods seem to bear no relation to the way the live system works.
Your docs say "You can not mix the three parameter sets" - what does that mean?? If I use one the others vanish?

The parameters returned depend on the parameter set being used to start the sale. You will receive back all of the parameters listed in the article above except for the shipping and product identification parameters. In addition, if you pass any parameters to our system that are not used by us, they will be returned as-is with the rest of the parameters at the end of the sale. The credit_card_processed parameter will always be returned with a value of Y as every payment option we currently offer can be authorized immediately.

Since we do not collect shipping information on third party cart sales we do not allow the customer to change this information in our purchase routine. Customers are only able to enter their shipping address on sales that are passed in using the plug and play parameter set.

If I will send all shipping parameters, how can I disable possibility to change these paramenters in 2CO side by customer?
Order price depends from shipping address, and I want to specify shipping info on my site before customer will be redirected to payment system. And I want to be sure that customer would not change these parameters after redirecting from my site.
