The intermediary bank information that you bank provides you for wire transfers should be entered under the corresponding bank information in the Banking Wizard. I am unsure of what the additional account number your bank is providing is so to be sure, please print off the Wire Transfer Enrollment page in the Banking Wizard and take it to your bank to ask them which account number you should be using.

Hi! My bank requires the following information for wire transfers: Beneficiary Account Number (that's my account number), Intermediary Bank Information (is this what you call 'Corresponding Bank'?) and Beneficiary Bank Information.

As a part of the Beneficiary Bank Information they sent me an account number (different from my own account number) which is usually included as "Special Instructions" for the transaction. Where should I provide this account number to 2CO?

Thanks for your help!

Your banking information never left your account, it is just not visible in the new sellers area until a new payment profile is created. The value entered ion the "Pay to the order of" should be the name (business or personal) listed on the bank account we are transferring funds to. Your accounts payment profile has been successfully setup in the new sellers area.

Hello,

What has happened to my profile. I tried again to activate it.
What should I enter in the field of "Pay to the order of"?

And how can I find out what happened to my old data?

Thank you.

You can edit your current payment profile by clicking "Edit" under the payment profile name. If you have not setup a payment profile, please click on the "Banking Wizard" button on the "Bank Account" page in our new sellers area.

@Mike - The Payment Profiles control varies settings that deal with your payments that 2Checkout sends to the vendor weekly. This feature will be used by all vendors who will set up at least 1 profile containing the information about where they want to have the weekly payment sent. A profile is a collection of payment settings that are saved in the account.

Some vendors may have multiple accounts that they use to run their business. This will allow a vendor to save the information about both accounts and easily switch between the two accounts whenever they wish to change where their payment is sent.

These profiles do not deal with payment options that customers can use to pay you for a sale with such as Credit Cards or PayPal. We apologize for any confusion.

Using this feature is fairly simple, the last 2 paragraphs of the article explain how to create a new profile and what steps to take to change the profile.

Further to my last comment...

For instance, does this mean I can accept payments using only certain payment methods (credit cards) without accepting others (PayPal)? Or is this supposed to be for people with multiple stores who don't want to manage multiple 2co accounts?

I checked out your page on this new feature, and I have no idea what this is supposed to accomplish. Who needs this new feature, and how do they use it? I think you are forgetting that some people need to be told what a profile is, and what it's good for. Thanks.
