Human behavior is a subject that never ceases to amaze me. Why do people do what they do? Alternatively, why do people not do what we expect them to do? Advertising and marketing is the practical application of this line of thinking. However, marketers and advertisers need data to study and use. Often, seemingly minor adjustments can have an impact on a site’s sales. Color, button placement, text, images, even the order of a checkout process can increase (or decrease) the number of completed sales on a site.
