now I have new web hosting company which will sell web hosting, servers, etc..
I established it but till now the website is under construction and will be online in 1 June 2009.
so can I enjoy and get this offer although my site not online yet or it must be online to make your verifications on what i sell.

You may still sign up for a free account on Monday. Just contact us directly, after you sign up, and let us know that you won’t be using the account until later, so we can make a note of that. Then, contact us when you’d like to begin using it and we’ll go through the verifications process at that time.
