Your orders can be passed into our purchase routine by either using our plug and play cart or your own shopping cart. If you choose to use our plug and play cart you will setup products in your account and you will be provided with html snippets for each product to paste into your website. Step by step instructions on creating products can be found in our product creation article. Step by step instructions on obtaining the HTML snippets for your site can be found in our product HTML article.

If you choose to use your own shopping cart the orders will be passed in by using one of our supported parameter sets.

If you want to ensure the highest quality and possible first-time resolution please take the time to amend your account details with additional information about your policies.

For example:

Open a support ticket and ask a representative to copy your refund and return policy to our vendor management area. If we receive a call, ticket or chat from a customer that information will be on hand and save valuable time (your’s, our’s and the customer’s).

If your site has an FAQ, providing that link and asking it be logged on your admin page here at 2CO is also of great value.

**This is especially beneficial if you manage a site in a foreign language — i.e. set up an ancillary page that can be referenced by 2CO or a policy that can be appended to your account within our system**

Customers value good service highly and everyone loves a repeat sale.
