Due to changes in 2Checkout’s backend billing system, vendors will not have the ability to re-authorize credit card sales in the marked shipped interface portion of the system. Re-authorization attempts will result in a decline for the next 5 to 7 days. Vendors will not be able to provide partial refunds on PayPal sales for the next 5 to 7 days as well. PayPal sales can be refunded in full and canceled in full during this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will post an update when these features are functioning as intended.

It is difficult to believe that this problem, marking orders shipped, notifying customers and reauthorizing orders has taken 2 weeks to be fixed and is still not completed fixed. There should at least be updated information on a Vendor’s homepage. What is going on?

No, I still had to contact customer service yesterday because none of my CC sales would reauthorize….they fixed it manually, but it is not REALLY corrected!
