I am using the card and find it a very convenient mode of receiving money. The only problem is that I NEVER know the exchange rate at which MasterCard converted the U.S. dollars into local currency. The supplier needs to know the basis of the conversion rate for each transaction. Moreover, the supplier does not know the basis of deduction of service fee by the ATM provider. I suggest 2checkout should find out the facts and communicate them to its vendors.

Until yesterday I had had a good experience with payoneer.
Today I couldn’t access my account for few hours.
Yesterday it was just impossible to use the card. Four ATMs also told me the network was down. I contacted payoneer and so far no response. The problem has now been solved but a response would have been appreciated.
But the worst of all has just happened: I visited the payoneer website and leant that now, for those of us who live outside the US, Payoneer is not just charging $2,15 per transaction from ATMs, but also a 3% of the transaction amount!!! They never informed me of such new fees.
Well, I guess it’s time to change my payment method.

1. To reload the card you can use Visa, MasterCard or US bank account and of course you can transfer payments from 2CO.
2. Users are able to verify their PayPal account with your 2CO Payoneer prepaid card but we have no affiliation with PayPal and all verification are subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions.
3.There is no direct way to load your card using PayPal. We are running a pilot program for The US Virtual Account right now that would allow you to receive payments from any US corporation via an ACH transfer. I live in Israel. No debit cards except the experimental visa at the postal bank are available here. If however this is like a prepaid credit card then I can use it. My experience with Payoneer
I’ve been with 2co for more than 6 years.
On November 19 I submitted request for Payoneer card through 2co
On November 20 I received the email that my Payoneer Mastercard Order was declined. I contacted Payoneer support to know what the problem was and received an automatic reply: “We have received your inquiry and are assigning it to a representative. You should hear back from us within two business days.”
In about 2 hours I received: “Our approvals department requests you send us a copy of a photo ID in order to process your application. You may send it in reply to this message”
Not a problem. I sent a copy of my driver’s license the same day and thought I’d get the reply soon. But I didn’t receive any response till November 26, contacted Payoneer again and received:
“Your application is still under review by our Card Approval Department. We will contact you as soon as we have any updates
regarding your application.” Today is December 1, I have received no answer till now. Seems strange that the process of approval takes about two weeks after providing all necessary information.
I’m really disapponted with Payoneer support and the situaion.

What I understand from this is that we need to pay 2.15 USD + 3% for everytime we wish to withdraw our money on any outside the US ATM machine which makes for each time we wish to withdraw a 100 USD we pay 5.15 USD and for 1000 USD we pay 32.15 USD so the key question is what is the exchange rate? for example I wish to see 2CO exchange rates for the last week for a few currencies. Actually as to be honest they should have it on their website and update it by automatically synchronising from where ever they are getting the numbers but also a week by week is ok so let us learn your exchange rates for last week of any day for example the Taiwan dollars, Turkish Lira and Euros. Or any currencies you like. Please put it up here so everybody can see.

Usually it would take 15-25 days to get the card to Peru if you use regular mail, it really depends on your local post service, you can also get the card by FedEx, if you want to do that you should simply contact Payoneer’s customer support at support@payoneer.com and they will help you with that.

Ya hice el pedido desde “Banking Wizzard” el pago por tarjeta Payoneer, todo el proceso salio bien pero pasado unos 30 dias recibi un mail diciendo que Payoneer no recibio mi suscricion y que se cancelo mi debito, y tampoco he recibido la tarjeta.
Es decir Payoneer no me registro como cliente.
Como hago para evitar y proceder al registro?

Yes, you can link the Payoneer card that you have from a different company to your 2Checkout account. To do so follow these instructions:
1. Go to your 2Checkout account page and go to the banking wizard then click to sign up for a Payoneer card as if you are aiming to order a new card.
2. On the right-hand side of the page, below the heading banner, is a link that says “If you already own a Prepaid MasterCard® from Payoneer, Click here”
3. Click on the text and three boxes will show up under that text.
4. Enter the card number of the Payoneer card you already have and your existing Username and password for that card.
5. Submit this information.
6. Your additional account is now linked to this card

Payments are released to suppliers every Thursday. I recommend you contact us directly so we can verify that your account is setup correctly to receive payments on your Payoneer card.

This is a great opportunity to briefly explain about the fees apply when using the card outside of the US.
Your question includes two separate fees:
Loading fee – every time 2CO sends payment to a card a loading fee applies. The standard fee is $2.00 then your card is loaded within three days. In case you wish to have the funds available immediately, you can select an immediate load then the funds are available for you on the card within two hours. The fee charged then is $5.
ATM withdrawal fee: When an ATM transaction occurs outside of the US a fixed fee of $2.15 is charged per withdrawal. Just like any other payment method a foreign Exchange conversion fee applies to this foreign financial transaction. This fee ranges between 1%-3% and is set by MasterCard based on daily currency fluctuations and collected by the issuing bank. 3% is the maximum amount that can be collected. We work with the issuing bank to ensure the fees charged for our cards are on the lowest end of the spectrum, making sure the amount of cash available for you for use is higher than other payment alternatives.
To summarize that for an ATM withdrawal outside of the US you will be charged $2.15 + daily conversion rate that is set by MasterCard and is computed at the time of transaction.
