Unscheduled Outage

This Sunday (9/14), high winds from Hurricane Ike stretched all the way into Ohio causing multiple power and Internet outages.

While we were able to maintain electrical power thanks to backup generators, multiple outages, including those at our upstream Internet provider caused us to lose connectivity early this morning. This affected not only the website, but our purchase routine as well, so vendor sales were disabled during this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our connectivity has now been restored and all systems are functioning correctly.

Currently, over half of our friends and neighbors are still without power, but the damage has been relatively minor. Our hearts and thoughts are with those who have lost their homes or loved ones.

Hello, I understand no one has control over mother nature but was surprised that 2co doesn’t have redundant, fail over systems in other parts of the country. You’d think, atleast I did, that 2co would. Anyways, I’m glad you are back up and running. Thanks.

Multiple redundant failover systems in multiple locations were affected by the outage. Even though this is extremely unlikely to happen again, we are pursuing additional failover paths to prevent future outages.

I feel your pain, as our company was hit hard by Ike as well. Based in South Texas and having employees in the Galveston / Houston area as well has impacted us greatly.

i am using 2checkout past 3 months, but i feel 2checkout deduct more commission from my hard work earning money. 1$ is very very big to me, but, 2co deduct 98.67$ from my 1 month earning 1680$ , but i earn this money day and night directory submission order, this is very very hard work. but, i trust only 2co, dedicated support team, fast approval,secure,etc… thats why i still using 2checkout. hope 2checkout will reduce commision and transactions soon.
