Purchasing goods through 2Checkout using your ATM Debit card is quick and easy.

When you are ready to pay for your purchase, you will be presented with a Payment Methods page where you want to select the “Debit” option.

Our purchase routine will then ask you for the number of your debit card. Since debit cards and credit cards work virtually in the same manner, this screen should look similar to if you were purchasing with a credit card.

Once you have entered your card details and clicked the “Next” button, 2Checkout will then begin a secure connection with AccuLynk, the ATM Debit processing service. Once it has established the secure connection, you will then be asked if you really do want to process your card as an ATM Debit card, or you can click the “Cancel” button to process the number you entered as a standard credit card. Please note that PaySecure currently supports the NYCE, PULSE And ACCEL/Exchange networks. If your debit card cannot be processed by the PaySecure network it will be run as a signature debit and you will not be prompted to enter your PIN number.

Clicking the “Continue” button will move you to the next step in the check-out process. Here, AccuLynk will ask you for the PIN to your debit card. You will notice that the numbers are scrambled (not in standard ascending order).

Each time you click a number, the numbered buttons will visually scramble again. This is done as a security precaution.

Once you have entered your full PIN, click the “Submit PIN” button to process the transaction. If there are any issues with processing the transaction, a notice will display informing you of the general issue. Otherwise, if the transaction processes successfully, you will be presented with either the standard 2Checkout receipt page or you will be returned back to the vendor’s website (depends on how the vendor has their account set up).

You have just completed a successful ATM Debit purchase through 2Checkout using the AccuLynk service!

Suppliers who are currently choosing to be paid by wire transfer in any currency other than USD need to be aware of some potential changes in their weekly payments. To provide better service, 2Checkout.com is changing foreign currency providers for wire transfers. This transition will occur over the next few months.

What this means for your everyday business:

No disruption in the payout of your 2Checkout payment.

A potential change of reference information on your wire.

A potential change in the fee charged by your bank as funds will now originate from a US bank.

2Checkout would like to encourage you to select the most cost effective payment option – Foreign Currency Electronic Funds Transfer (FCEFT). The FCEFT payment option can be selected through the VA Bank Wizard and is available in the following currencies:

AUD – Australian Dollar

CAD – Canadian Dollar

CHF – Swiss Franc

EUR – Euro (Selected Countries)

GBP – British Pound

MXN – Mexican Peso

NZD – New Zealand Dollar

Coming Soon:

HKD – Hong Kong Dollar

INR – Indian Rupee

SGD – Singapore Dollar

The FCEFT payment option allows 2Checkout to pay vendors in certain currencies directly through the banking system of a given country. The following provides a description of the potential fees for these two payment options:

Foreign Currency Electronic Funds Transfer

2Checkout fee is $0.00 USD per payment.

Usually no fee charged by the receiving bank.

No corresponding bank used.

Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days.

Currency Wire

2Checkout fee $6.00 USD per payment.

Possibility of additional bank fees charged by the receiving bank.

Possibility of additional bank fees charged by the corresponding bank.

Delivery time can range from 14 business days to a few weeks.

2Checkout welcomes your feedback. Please contact us directly with your account related questions or concerns.

To do this, you will need to contact Payoneer and give them your Payoneer account number and any vendor numbers that you would like to have attached to your Payoneer card. Once you have given them all of the 2CO vendor account numbers that you would like attached, you must log into each 2CO account and select pay by Payoneer.

Vendors have a wide variety of choices in how payments should be sent out from their 2Checkout account. The payment types, fees and availability can often be confusing. If you are unsure of the payment options available to your country, please visit the payment country list. Release of payments also depends on the status of your 2Checkout account, which would have to be of a “Y” or “P” status to be eligible for the funds release. Below are the definitions, geographical availability and the associated fees for each payment type.

Definitions

EFT — Electronic Funds Transfer is the quickest method of money transfer and they do not cost anything through 2Checkout. Vendors are able to transfer very small amounts (minimum of $10 USD) from their 2Checkout account to their bank, hence enabling vendors to potentially be paid every week without the penalty of transfer fees. It is recommended by the banking systems for the safety of the vendors that no more than $10,000 USD be transferred per payment for vendors who can receive EFTs, as they are rescindable. Although EFTs are not available in all countries, vendors always have the option of signing up for a Payoneer card to enable their ability receive EFTs.

Payoneer — The 2Checkout.com-branded Re-Loadable MasterCard® (powered by Payoneer) is the solution for vendors who wish to be able to accept EFTs in countries that do not offer the EFT service. The opportunity to receive EFTs in a country that does not support them is accompanied by the inherent benefit of being able to receive payments from your 2Checkout account with only a $20 USD minimum payment and no 2Checkout transfer fees (although, Payoneer does charge nominal fees for transferring money to your card). Additionally, it is very handy for those who wish to have direct ATM access to the funds transferred from their 2Checkout account into the Payoneer card. Click on the following link if you would like to sign up for the 2Checkout.com-branded Re-Loadable MasterCard®.

Wire Transfer — Monetary wires are not as quick as EFTs, although they are typically suggested for payments greater than $10,000 USD. Wire transfers give you the assurance that your check-in-hand is as good as cash and no charge-backs can take place against that amount unlike EFTs, which are rescindable.

Paper Check — Checks are manually printed from our 3rd-party processor and then mailed out to the address you specify within the Banking Wizard.
