2Checkout is seeking highly motivated Customer Care Specialists for full-time 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift positions. Availability to work weekends is required. Candidates must have excellent communication and computer skills to handle inbound/outbound calls. Some knowledge of internet-based sales a definite plus, Multi-lingual (English/Spanish) hiring allowance available, One year Call Center or 2 years customer service experience required. Summary: Answers all incoming calls and tickets from vendors and buyers.

Department: Customer Care

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist 2Checkout.com vendors and buyers on a daily basis via telephone or written correspondence, i.e. Email or trouble ticket system.
  • Be professional and efficient while following proper policy and procedures.
  • Provide support to end users on a variety of issues.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have extensive knowledge of HTML forms.
