Description: Product Support Agent
To Do: Provide technical support to suppliers over telephone and email based ticket system. Also responsible for intradepartmental support. Duties may also include testing software rollouts, reporting system bugs to the development team and writing technical documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HTML and HTML forms.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Ability to work together as a team and to work individually to meet tasks before a specific deadline.
- Ability to research and determine the cause of any technical issues.
- Experience in a technical support position or a degree in a computer related field is a plus.
