victor - Please make sure the transaction for the account has completely settled and is not pending. You will only see the code once the transaction has completed.

You are welcome to scan the document and email it to risk@2co.com. Please be sure to block out any account numbers and include your 2Checkout supplier ID number with the email.

Please have your Spanish client contact us for assistance validating their account.

On my case my statement just shows 2CHECKOUT $49 and no more info. When I bought an account for my client, months ago, it showed the code you ask for. I think I can send a copy of my statement throught a support ticket, and not only via fax, don't I?

This happened also to a Spanish Client. What should he do, if he is currently living on Peru and the statement is on Spain. This is the second 2CO account he buy, on the first one (months ago) he could find the verification code, but on this one it only shows 2CHECKOUT.

This code is located on the monthly statement that you receive from your credit card company.

If you signed up for a 2Checkout account and paid for it with your Visa card then you will need to look at your monthly Visa statement that is sent to you. The code will be shown to you on the line that describes your $49 USD purchase from 2Checkout.com.

If you are having trouble locating the code please contact us using one of the methods listed in this article.
