I am a freelance writer and many of my clients have been asking me to switch to PayPal so I can receive their payments. Since I am located in Croatia I am unable to do that since it is not a PayPal supported country.
I would like to know can I sign up for your service and sort out my payments that way? And if so if my bank account can be in Croatia or in another country.

The only countries we cannot accept suppliers from are the countries listed as excluded in the article above. You can signup and use our service if you are in Indonesia. This will allow you to offer your customers the ability to make a purchase from your website using a credit card.

Hello – 2Checkout can send payments to banks in Brazil. You are welcome to set up multiple payment profile if you want to have your 2Checkout payments sent to multiple locations. Please note that you cannot split your payment between 2 banks but you can change what bank you send the payment to whenever you wish to.

I know this is already a tiring question, but I want to know if I can sign up for the account since my location is in Serbia? I have an online store running on Zencart already set up and I want to be able to process credit card payments from my customers. What about payment gateway? In what way will the customers be able to pay for the merchandise with credit cards? Also, in which way will those funds be transferred to my Raiffeisen Euro currency bank account in Serbia? Would it be a problem if the customers where paying in USD since my bank account in mentioned bank is in Euro currency?

You are more than welcome to open up a 2Checkout account. We can transfer the money you earn to a bank of your choice in a multitude of ways. Regardless of the currency that the customers place their order, you can make a selection from our list of supported pay-out currencies within your Vendor Admin area of which currency you’d like to receive when being paid for your earned sales.
Since we are an authorized reseller and not a payment gateway, customers do have to be sent from your website to our purchase pages in order to complete their sale. The cart software you are using (ZenCart) has a module for the 2Checkout payment method that you would need to install before you can configure the cart to use 2Checkout’s service. Once you have that module installed and configured, you should then be able to use ZenCart to place sales through 2Checkout.

That’s alright! If you do not have access to a credit card, you also have the option of either paying using a PayPal account, or you can choose to mail in a paper check. These options are given when you step through the sign-up process.

Generally speaking, the three things you are looking to sell (movies, music and books) may have copyright restrictions that would conflict with our Prohibited Products list. However, to be absolutely certain whether or not you are able to sell your products through 2Checkout, you will want to email our Risk Department ( risk@2co.com ) and describe to them what you are selling. Our Risk agents will be able to make a determination on whether 2Checkout is able to support the reselling of your products.

Hello I am in Colombia(South America) and I am very interested in your service, I have a few questions:
If a open my own website and want to accept payments with credit card, but also would like to use your paypal service with my ebay account, my question is, do I need to open 2 different accounts, or is ok to have your website, and use paypal in my ebay without oppening or adding a account?
Another question is can a transaction be manually process for a different different amopunt in case is a sale of many items and I will offer the costumer a discount? I am also interested in selling in COlombia using credit card payments, but I would have to sell in colombian pesos and converte the amount to dillars myself, but as you know the exchange rate fluctuates every day, so could I manualy change the value to be charged to the costumers credit cards acording to the exchange rate of that day?
Do you also accept phone processing?

We support both Colombian suppliers and customers. Our service cannot be used with auction sites so you would only be able to use your supplier account for sales from your website. All sales must be pleased by the customers online as we do not take orders over the phone so if you need to charge a custom amount your can use our payment request feature to create a custom invoice for the customer. Since we do not support sales in Colombian Pesos you would need to price your orders in a currency that we currently support.
