At this time recurring sales can only be canceled manually from your sellers area. We will certainly pass this along to our developers as a feature request.

Thanks Joel for your reply, I thought this solution before, but I think 2co should give a link like thing so that users of site can directly stop there recurring payment. I not understanding why this facility is not given here is it. am I expecting more, more than what standards are ????

In order to cancel a recurring sale, a member of the 2Checkout team must be contacted and requested to do so or the supplier must log into their 2Checkout account and cancel the order.

If you want your customers to be able to cancel the order on your website I recommend you create a form on your site that will allow the customer to request this. Your form could then send you the request and you would be able to log into the account can cancel the sale for the customer.

I think there must have third option to cancel recurring payment as these processes are quite manual and there should be option for customer to cancel his subscription from suppliers website. Or is there any way to cancel Recurring Order. please answer.
