What are the Bank Assisted Dispute (Chargeback) fees?

Starting on May 1, 2006, 2CO will not convey, and the vendor has no liability for, extra charges if a dispute reason is “fraud.” However, vendors will be charged a fee of $50 if 2CO rejects an order, and you, the vendor, are working separately with that customer to fulfill it over and above 2CO objections. Additionally, if there is a service-related charge, for example if a product is not delivered, or is not ‘as advertised,’ there will be new increases in fees.

In my humble opinion, I don’t think 2CO implements this very well. There is a website, and I will mention their name because I’m so frustrated right now. It’s www.designshrinephpfactory.com , they are charging my credit card on a monthly basis despite my disapproval. This has been going on for quite a while and I have been complaining for quite a while as well. I’ve got email records to back this up. I was refunded once only and that was last month. This month again, I see that money was taken from my credit card. Now my question is, if 2CO managed to refund me last month, when I told them that the charges were illegal, why did they allow them to go thru this month?
