In my humble opinion, I don't think 2CO implements this very well. There is a website, and I will mention their name because I'm so frustrated right now. It's www.designshrinephpfactory.com , they are charging my credit card on a monthly basis despite my disapproval. This has been going on for quite a while and I have been complaining for quite a while as well. I've got email records to back this up. I was refunded once only and that was last month. This month again, I see that money was taken from my credit card. Now my question is, if 2CO managed to refund me last month, when I told them that the charges were illegal, why did they allow them to go thru this month?
