What are the options to receive the money generated from this program for non 2CO vendors?
I know Paypal is 1 options. What about ACH ?

Payments to 2Checkout affiliate vendors or product affiliate program vendors are no different then payments to our full vendors. You can find information on how 2Checkout pays its vendors here. We do not offer payments to vendors directly to a PayPal account. We only offer PayPal as a payment method to customers.
