Payoneer has recently re-considered their policy regarding USD transactions, and they no longer charge the currency conversion fee (which was at 2.5% lately – and perhaps it still is) for transactions in USD, even outside of the US. To give a very specific example – currently, a $300 withdrawal at a Raiffeisenbank ATM in Moscow, Russia results in just $302.15 being charged from the Payoneer account. Previously, $309.65 would be charged.

1. Log into your 2Checkout vendor account, open the banking wizard, and select the
2Checkout reloadable MasterCard® powered by Payoneer.
2. Complete the sign-up process for your card, and Payoneer will mail a card to you.
3. Once you receive your card, log back into your 2Checkout account and mark the box that
says “Click to indicate you have a Payoneer account with 2Checkout and want to use it as
your payment method”.

When you reach the limit, any funds that you upload will be held in an account and will be loaded to the card as you use it. You will only have 12,500 on the card at one time. If you use 500, 500 will be replaced.

You said that The total limit of the card is $12,500 . Is it monthly, yearly, per 2co upload or in the total history of the card? If the total limit is 12500$, we will exceed the limit in 2/3 months. Can you please clarify?
