USB Lock RP
Network security application to remotely restrict, or allow the incoming or outgoing of data thru USB storage removable device media (flash sticks, USB external drives, USB Card Readers, MP3, mp4. I-pods), Bluetooth transceivers, CD-ROM/CD-RW/DVD/Floppy.
Without blocking non-storage USB peripherals like: printers, mouse, scanners, keyboards, vcams, etc.
From the USB Lock RP Control you can easily and effectively:
- Change security measures
- View and log USB blocked ,and allowed connection alerts (in real-time) (New in v2.9)
- View global security (automatically)
- Generate global and per machine reports
- Shutdown or restart any of the controlled stations
- The ability to make USB and CD exemptions that will allow the use of specific devices while other of its kind are blocked (New on v2.98)
- Uninstall USB Lock RP clients
Note: USB Lock RP control does not need to run from a server
