Every year 2Checkout makes a charitable donation to an organization on behalf of each employee. This allows us to individually support causes and organizations that we feel are important.
The list of organizations we supported last year is long one. Some of the more popular organizations chosen by our employees are:
- DebRA of America
- VH1 Save the Music Foundation
- Mid-Ohio Food Bank
- Doctors Without Borders
- Junior Achievement
We also had many donations to local and national animal rescue groups like the ASPCA, Capital Area Humane Society, and other local animal shelters. Various school and after-school youth programs and sports teams also received some much needed assistance this past year.
These contributions are in addition to the various food and clothing drives we participated in, personal volunteerism, and participation in events to raise awareness and money for various causes. We will continue our support of a variety of causes and organizations, both as a company and as individuals.
