TED Spreads Ideas

The annual TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) conference brings together some of the most influential thinkers of our time. Speakers have included Jane Goodall, Jeff Bezos, Ray Kurzweil, Kevin Kelly, Ze Frank, Dan Gilbert, and many more.

In their own words, “TED stands for Technology, Entertainment, Design. It started out (in 1984) as a conference bringing together people from those three worlds. Since then its scope has become ever broader”.

The yearly TED conference is invitation-only, costs $6,000 to attend and sells out a year in advance. Fortunately for us, TED exists to spread ideas, so videos of over 100 of the talks are now freely available on the TED site and may be viewed online or downloaded for future viewing.
