need a new download

I bought The Complete SAT and PSAT Strategy Guide (Digital Copy) and had it on my hard drive for hard drive for some months now, but recently I reinstalled Windows and I forgot to back up the download. I need a new download link! My order number is 3824631294, I really hope you don’t give me as much hastle as those guys at Grammatix did, called them 5 times, got minimal suppport possible, they said they will contact you and I will get my download soon- I never got it.
