In future I will avoid 2CO, Paypal and other similar companies.
I bought a program from a company that probably buys programs from program makers.
He use 2CO that use Paypal.
So, I have one maker, one seller, and two seller companies. That just blaim each other for the bad service.

I never got the key for the program.
Paypal take no responsibility for this and I have tried with 2CO for a month now and ”seller” himself does not reply to any mail.

I bought other program directly from maker, it had a higher price on the tag but the price on MasterCard statement was cheaper. Paypal charged me more than 5% in hidden costs.

After pressing the ”buy” button I got the key on next page and the download link. I could use that program in less than a half hour.
In the other case 2CO needed 24 hours to check that Paypal is not a fraud.
That is far too slooooow for me. If I buy something online I want it in seconds and I dont want to wait one month or more for refund when the transfer dont work
as it should.
For the other program, bought the same day, I am still waiting for replies and refund.

Its a good thing that 2CO and Paypal helps small seller that cant get their own account for credit cards but I prefer to buy from slightly bigger companies that accept credit card directly as this is much faster and more safe.
I only have ONE seller and M/C to deal with if any problem.
2CO and Paypal cant work for free and this lead to a higher price in hidden costs. More or less, its fraud.
