Has someone looked the new 2checkout payment page?

It says with 2 BIG buttons

Have you loosed your mind? I have lose 80% of sales and people now call me just so they know how they pay with their credit card.

First I dont know what is the whole deal with PayPal. The first option is PayPal and BIG. I signed with 2CO so i can process credit cards, if I had choose to accept paypal I would had just signed with PayPal.

When my a client of me clicks on my side pay with PayPal they pay via PayPal to my account.

When they click pay via VISA and Mastercard they go to 2CO.

But wait a minute now….

1. You click as a client ”Pay via Credit Card” and again you see the PayPal option. The people are confused now if they clicked wrong and hit the back button.

2. Some people then pay via 2CO paypals, I DONT WANT TO ACCEPT PAYPAL VIA 2CO. Point, so why do you give MY clients that option? You cannot force me to use PayPal.

3. The client clicks to pay with credit card and now they dont know what to clic anymore. He doesnt know what PayPal is and he doesnt know what 2CO is. 70% of clients never purchased on the Internet before, they know what Visa is they dont know what those 2 logos are and where to click. He choosed to pay with credit card and now he is confused since the credit card logo are small under 2COCHECKOUT logo.

4. Removing our logos from the payment page was enough, but know you make a big advertisement of 2CO and even PayPal.

5. I have 90 open invoices, not a single client completed the payment page with. Most people are doing ecommerce for the first time, how much clics will it require to land to the section where he puts the card details?

6. You hide the fact that 2CO accepts credit cards, the payment page doesnt look like a payment page at all, it looks like a Sign Up page for a service. People think they they will sign up with PayPal or 2CO, some think im scamming them.

7. Im receiving calls and emails of people that tell they clic on the Pay with VISA and they are redirected to another website instead of the payment page. YES!!! thats the impression they have.

Thanks 2CO for reducing my sales. I can say that the page doesnt look at all like a Credit Card payment page. Why dont you add Western Union option as well and clients start sending you the money and you start charging us 5.5% fee as well for using Western Union?

Its sad how it seems that the person that designs the payment page doesnt have a clue on ecommerce. Did you saw the Element5 payment page? Now that is well made. Easy, fast, no complications.

Do you think that the customers are all from the United States and know what PayPal or 2checkout is ? And then when they see the logo they have more trust and pay? No. They dont care how is 2CO. They want to pay and end of story. How is it you dont understand that part? Full of colors, full of logos and links to other sites, hundreds clicks to finalize the payment, it doesnt look like a payment page, it looks like a magazine.

I was wondering why my extractions on ATM where so high like you can find in other posts. Now i confirmed this by reading other users posts.

Payoneer charges a 2.15$ Outside US extraction fee + 2.5% of the amount.
This is charged regarless in what curreny you extract the money.

I was pissed off so i went to the citibank and get 400$, in USD dollar so no currency applies. They said a 5$ would apply nothing more, not a single penny. So i agreed. Back home the amount on the payoneer account is:

12/11/2007 04:59 PMATM Withdraw – Citibank N.A.-$417.28

That is 400$ my money. 5$ Citibank and the rest 12,28$ is from Payoneer.
The Outside US extraction fee is 2.15$ so that leave us with 10.13$, thats more or less exactly the 2.5% of 405$

SO LET SEE THE EXPLANATION NOW WHERE ITS ADVERTISED AS NO HIDDEN FEES.

This is to lie me in the face straight off. I asqued several times before getting the card. I was told the fee is 2.15$ only plus ATM owners fee. If i extract in USD no any other fees. LIE!!!!!
The 2.5% applies even if you extract the in US and it doesn matter if its 20$ or 400$. I extracted at least 4 tests in a week, all of them had the 2.5% fee based on the amount.

So this is a plain lie into all 2CO customers right in the face. Where is the 2.5% mentioned? Nowhere. Lets see what false advertising now means. This is called scam people you would have advertised the service correctly and no trying to trick people.
