Notifications not received
October 24th, 2009, by: starcomI have asked about this problem by opening a support ticket already. but nobody is there to help properly. The staff just tells how to enable notifications from my account, And I did the same several times. But I still do not receive the notification emails of payments and order status. Now I just received an order when I was offline and after several hours, I do not know the order status therefore I cannot process the order at my end nor and provide the service to the customer.
I checked the spam box already, and this is something wrong with my account.

staff is not responding – sale refunded even I declined the refund request
October 8th, 2009, by: starcomA customer purchases the script, makes payment, 2checkout routine says “Click here to access your goods” whereas on our website, we have mentioned clearly that it takes 6 to 12 hours for an order to be verified and processed. The client does not understand this thing 2CO to refund however he already had the order verified and the files were sent to him already.
Staff contacted me and I provided all the proofs of delivery and declined the refund request by the client. The staff member agreed saying he will decline but see, they have refunded the sale without my knowledge.
WHO WILL COMPENSATE FOR THIS? I NEED THAT MONEY BACK, WE ALREADY SENT THE FILES TO THE CLIENTS.

Our hosting sales were refunded without asking us. We already received Order reviewed email with passed status for the sale and therefore our hosting site processed the order, registered the domain for the client and setup hosting also. Everything was done, then after a few days, a man in Fraud dept thinks the sale was fraudulent and refunded the whole order to the client at his own decision. What does it mean? does he not care to ask the vendor before doing that?
Who will compensate the fee we paid for the client’s services?

logout issue

I have been facing this problem for the last few weeks.
I can’t use vendor area on Google Chrome and IE8. Once I login to the VA, and click on any tab/section, it just logs me out and goes to the login screen again n again. I tried this on different computers also, but nothing helped. However it works fine on firefox.
Please advise.

Currency Variation

One a section of our site where we are displaying price in GBP, for example a hosting package I want to sell for £99/year. Through the shopping cart, I supply the amount as 99 and currency as GBP, 2checkout shows the converted price from 99 USD instead showing the price as £99 GBP. This creates problem for us, because we can’t update our system for currency rates on daily basis.

withdrawal amount option

I am wondering if 2checkout would ever implement an option of withdrawal amount.
Setting release level is not really a good way bcoz sometimes I want to withdraw a few bucks on my payoneer card and all the rest to wire transfer, in this case I have no way to manage the money.
I am surprised why 2CO hasn’t implemented such a necessary feature till yet???

I am wondering if is it possible to pay using my 2checkout account to another vendor of 2checkout. like I have to pay monthly to HostDepartment I pay them using my credit card on 2checkout. so it would be easier for me to just directly pay from my 2checkout account which is some money already in it.
