Hello,
Thank you for your interest in 2Checkout.com! Before I could make a determination regarding supportability of your services, I would need to review your site. If the customer and freelancer pay to post their needs or abilities on your site, such as with a directory submission, we may be able to support the site. If they are purchasing memberships to your site in order to make contact, this would most likely be supportable as well. However, if the site permits freelance professionals to sell their services through your account with us, this service would not be one that we could accept.
For clarification, or for a review of your site, please feel free to email risk@2co.com. We are happy to assist you! Thank you for your question.
