and tell now i don’t receive any thins from the buyer

The payment service can’t verify credit card number

I was trying to pay an order that lead me to this site for payment, and everything went well until I put in the credit card number. It said something like “card number can’t be verified” or something similar.

I’m from Finland and using mastercard. I contacted my bank, but they didn’t know why wouldn’t it work.

What could be the problem?

Also, it seems that 2CO is the only re-seller of the product I was about to buy, and I really need that product. So, please, help me.

Merchant not responding: recurring bill problem

I want to ask how I can cancel an order with merchant Enterprisedigital.net. I have sent them e-mails and attempted twice to close my accounts but they are not responding at all. I have told them not to bill me but 2checkout still billed me today despite my e-mails and attempts since 3 days ago. I also opened a ticket with 2checkout regarding this issue but still have not received an answer. I urgently need a solution. Please help.

Is there a way of canceling a recurring charge directly with 2CO if the vendor is not responding to my requests to cancel the service?

I purchased a copy of the GRE bible from Pellucid. However, I did not receive the download site. I have emailed them multiple times and they will not respond. What are my options. I have my confirmation number. The payment was made through 2CO via paypal. please help in any way possible

1800 numbers are not accessible from Australia so I cannot call you for help. What I need is a link to input my order number and to effect a product download. The screen disappeared during the ordering process and I could not retrieve it, having paid by PayPal Thank You

It is the fifth time I’ve been stolen through this payment gateway. That means this is the most unsecure site for online transactions. A company that allows this is not a company to trust in nor reliable.
