I do have the invoice thru e-mail (2checkout.com) but no full package download. Whats going on? I always have credit cards excepted in a couple of minutes. This occured, because price on the site is indicated in Russian roubles, which is 1950 RUR. But I have paid this order in US Dollars, and in roubles by the current exchange rate is 2158.47 RUR. Conversion operation in my bank is free of charge. I want to cancel my order and return back my money or return me the difference between sums, besides I don’t receive my order for the present.

bought it, the script install was errors, upgrade to the new version, they said you have to pay 233 dollars more.

It seems that there are many stories of companies using this service to cheat customers.

They refund me just 1 order, and now don’t reply to my ticket / mail !!
no confirmation email and order number sent to the seller, but my account was already deducted with the supposed sale, i am in constant communication with the seller and he said that he has not yet received any confirmation email of the receipt coming from you, but the order number 3839891238 for my order of 1 KZS-1 Russian Sniper Hunter Camo is already on your data base. but as the seller has said that he has not yet received any confirmation email or order, but he also said that he can already see the order on your data base.
after immediately trying to pay him, i had an error, its an external error and i forgot what it was, but upon checking my email address, i found that paypal has already deducted the money from the said order, i don’t know if this is of any value to you, but this is a screen shot of the confirmation receipt that i have received from you.

the funny thing was after this unexplained error, i ordered another one from the same seller (sovietarmystuffs.com) and that order went thru smoothly, i am hoping that you can help me solve this issue soon, because both of us (buyer and the seller) are waiting for this order to push thru, because he will include this on the other orders that i have placed.
