the single payment page (SPP) is nice because user HATE having to register or navigating trough several page to make payment.

To make it even more clear that they don’t need to register to pay, and that they can pay immediately from the page, I suggest you move the “Credit Card Information” fields on top of the “Billing Information” fields.

Or make the page less tall because currently users must scroll to see the credit card fields, which is bad: they should see them immediately.

Thanks,

Hi,
I had good experience with using 2co since over 2 years, but there is a BASIC feature i’m missing, and i’m starting to look at alternatives.

I brought this up already, but see no change.

Ok, please, PLEASE implement the ability to set a price for a product in another currency than account currency only.

Currently, I, and probably many others are missing a lot of sales, because of this inability.

I’m selling a product for 49.95 brazilian real.
How am I supposed to advertise this price on my web site’s product page ?
Customer will NEVER see this price, because you only allow us to set price in account currency (USD in my case). So depending on dollar / brazilian real rate, customer may see on the 2co page, 48.56 brazilian real, or even 51.21 brazilian real…. do you think a customer will purchase a product advertised at a price, and billed at another, possibly higher ? I WON’T !! This doesn’t look serious.

Allow us to specify the price in any supported currency. Then, in the background, you convert it in account currency for processing, but we must have control over both price and currency for each product, to control what we show to our clients.

So in the product setup page from the admin, you should let us specify a price AND a currency.

All other credit card processor, such as paypal, worldpay and all the other, allow this.
It’s time that you do, because right now, I simply can’t display a purchase price in a supported currency, because it won’t match the price on 2co buy page.

This is a MAJOR problem, and I hope it will be resolved soon.

Hello

I am a long time vendor for 2checkout.com and had your account since 2003.

Recently due to a boom in the UAE economy especially in Dubai (you must have heard of it), I moved there to explore new business avenues.

Dubai/Abu Dhabi have to offer a lot and there is tons of new companies being setup there. The sheikh (regular twitter user) is personally taking interest in developing UAE into an IT hub that flourishes with innovation.

It is time 2checkout allows its clients to bill in UAE Dirhams which is $1/AED 3.65.

Can you arrange this for your UAE vendors?

Globalcollect.com should be able to help you because recently the Emirates Airlines started using them.

Please direct the attention of this post to Allan and let us know your thoughts.

Thanks
Saf.

I have a lot of products to manage. Am I alone in finding it difficult with the current facilities?

I have in the past uploaded products in CSV format, but I cannot find the CSV file that I used to upload them. There is no facility to download a CSV file. There is no report that lists all the details of some or all products. I believe that this is a gap in the facilities provided by 2Checkout.

Are there any workarounds to the above?

I’ve got offer from 2CO to collect votes for new feature.

The Feature request is to extend Payment Profile with “Maximum Payment Amount” that will complement “Release Level” in the way that even if balance contain for some reason more then the maximum, only maximum is released, the leftover stays on balance and will meet next week release criteria of active Payment Profile.

These will be useful if:

you are trying out new Payment Profile but do not want to release all balance to new destination

you are having several profiles and need only small portion of weekly balance on one of profiles

intermediatery banks charge much more if wire exceeds specific amount, it would be nothing wrong if part of balance will be left for another week

Give your “Thumb up” for this post, please, or drop your “+1″ comment below, with your own applications of the feature.
