Hi,
I see that currently there is no option for adding a “FREE TRIAL” to our recurring billing products.
I think many users including myself would love to have this option because a lot of Web 2.0 services like to offer their customers a free trial before they actually make the purchase.
You guys should really move this to the top of your todo list if not already.

Hi,
I noticed that e-mail orders have changed in format. There is no more spacing between items in the order and that makes it harder to read.
The last order with old format (with spacing) I got was December 31. 2008, next order with multiple items that arrived on January 10. 2009 has the new format(no spacing between items).
Is it possible to put it back the way it was?

Who here is bothered by the look and usability of the checkout page?
The person who designed it needs to have their eyes examined.
Can’t he/she take the design cue from google checkout?
2checkout’s looks busy, unprofessional and is all over the place, and what is up overlapping left column to the main column?
Please, can someone please redesign it to a simple nice look. Just look at all those web2.0 interfaces, and stop trying too hard with columns or italics.
I am sure folks are losing sales because of the interface.

Here’s what I’d love to see:
1. Ability to turn off fraud review notifications. If you sell downloadable products, there’s no use for them. If the transaction is deemed fraudulent the user already has your product and there’s nothing you can do with this info. I realize the “pending” URL can circumvent this to some degree, but then legit customers often will not have instant access to the product which just generates angry support emails.
2. Sales notifier that runs in the taskbar!

I am from India and have been using PayPal for past 5 years. Its free, fast and so convinient to withdraw money from it to my bank account. 2CO has a minimum limit of 100000 INR for receiving wire in local currency at $6 fee. But through Paypal I can withdraw anything starting from $10. And they don’t charge any fee if the the amount is above 7000 INR (~ $150). Even for amount below that the fee is just Rs.50 (~ $1).
It would be so nice if 2checkout offers PayPal as a free payout option. Many other services like Plimus, Share*It etc offer this option. Then why not 2CO. Admins please consider this.

Extended Validation SSL (i.e. green URL bar in IE7) coupled with ‘Verisign Secured’ SSL/Logo is becoming the standard thing to see when purchasing online at leading ecommerce sites.
I know the Verisign certs are a bit more expensive than others, but 2CO do such a volume that the cost per transaction is minimal, but would certainly put 2CO on a level with other well known sites.
Additionally the ‘Verisign Secured’ logo would add confidence over the unknown ‘Shopping with us is safe’ logo that you have now, I think you should consider it.

I am wondering if 2checkout would ever implement an option of withdrawal amount.
Setting release level is not really a good way bcoz sometimes I want to withdraw a few bucks on my payoneer card and all the rest to wire transfer, in this case I have no way to manage the money.
I am surprised why 2CO hasn’t implemented such a necessary feature till yet???
The date on USD checks arriving in Europe use mm/dd/yyyy format date, which can be confusing in places where this is interprested as dd/mm/yyyy. May I suggest to use dd-MMM-yyyy instead, where MMM is the month abbreviation in words. This avoids ambiguity.
