We have tried several times to assist this customer, but they either do not receive our replies or simply don’t listen to them.
We assisted them originally by guiding them to our Customer Support team who is here to help our customers.
When the customer called 2CheckOut the second time “The customer called requesting status of this order” (obviously not receiving our email reply to original inquiry – just a guess) the 2CO support staff should have seen and informed the customer of our reply on the phone, rather than posting yet another comment to the order (which we promptly replied to). This went on a few times.
Now we are getting a Charge-back request – which could have been avoided if the 2CO support staff who handled this particular inquiry had read the responses from us (we even contacted 2CO support directly to inform them of our responses), and informed the customer of them over the phone at the time when the customer called.
We certainly hope 2CO will dispute this charge-back and not on our dime in good faith.
