Account Verification Process Number 2?

I started processing payments earlier in the week, and just gave a call to find out when the payment schedule is, as he informed me Thursday of every week. He also notified me that my account will need to go through a verifications process, so I asked him to check that out to make sure I have already been through this because I assumed I have because Me and the risk department went over everything and went through the website verification that everything is ok and passes your TOS. Now here’s the problem if there is another process that is to be done, I need to make sure it is done in time for me to be paid by the next scheduled payment, I googled how long it takes, and I seen nothing but complaints about 2checkout as a whole, and not releasing money for a month. I live off of this money, and I wont be able to pay my rent or eat this month if it is not processed in time, and if I would of known it would take 1 month to release my money, I would of stuck with my original processor. So all I am trying to find out for sure is if my payment will be processed on Thursday as I was informed it should be, or if I need to return to my old merchant because support on the phone wasnt able to verify this for me.

Batch Transactions? Customer initiated refund from website?

I have a multi part question…
I would like to have customer submit credit card. Then if they win the auction, I would run the actual charge on their card. Is that possible?
Is there a way for a client to log into their user control panel on my website and initiate a refund without visiting 2checkout.com?

Payment request
October 16th, 2009, by: shojI am interested in possibly using 2CO for my website. In the Bahamas we charge shipping by weight. This will not be part of the product price on the website. I would have to weigh each order before it’s shipped. Therefore I would need to send a payment request to the customer. How does the payment request work with the shopping cart? Once the customers are directed to the check out page, will they receive a notification that an email will be sent to them with the total that includes shipping and handling? also will an email be sent to me with the list of products for purchase by the customer so that I can send the overall total?

“x_receipt_link_url” parameter help
October 16th, 2009, by: mikiHi. I made site where people have to fill some info and click on send button. When they click on send button, it takes them to page where they click on buy button and it takes them to 2CO purchase page.
I put this code for “x_receipt_link_url” parameter
<input type="hidden" name="x_receipt_link_url" value='http://www.mysite.com/orderconfirmation.php?email=&link=&7letterword=&name=&surname=’>
But it doesn’t redirect to that page, it redirects only to
http://www.mysite.com/orderconfirmation.php
Why?

I Reside in Fiji Islands.
My Company have a bank Account with Westpac in Fiji.
My company is getting a site done where for our services members need to pay $20USD per month.
Please advise if we can use 2CO for processing this and also if all membership money can be transferred to our account in Fiji.
