Issue with verification
October 13th, 2009, by: stormy0375Hi there I recently contacted your customer service in regards to my account saying that funds deposited into 2checkout account but was not yet processed for my end. After receiving an email back from your customer service they said that I need to have my account verified in relation to this I have received three payments from one client but the customer service assistant said that once more purchases were done then 2checkout will contact the clients to verify this… Why do I have to wait for more payments as I may not see a payment for a month at least. What can be done about this? why cant the one client be contacted to verify the account payments?

I’m working as a freelance software/database developer and translator and I have my own site.
Can I use 2CheckOout to accept payments for my services from my existing and new customers?
From some customer some payments are regular, from some not.
If yes, how I can process payments for different sum? Do I need to create new/similar products?

Does 2CO offer third party Paypal Account.

I am from Pakistan, and as paypal is not offering its services in Pakistan, is it possible that 2CO can provide me third party paypal account so that i can make my transactions through it, and receive my payments in my bank account through 2CO, please also advise if there is any other alternate way possible?

Add your logo to the checkout page?

I’m having an issue in putting a logo on the checkout page.
Normally to add a logo I go to:
Account>>Site Management>> and click the option to add a logo in “your logos” section on the right of the page.After I click it appears an error site which displays the following message:
General Application Error
Please reference error #1254855856
Is there anyone who can help me resolve this problem, I’ve seen other 2checkout vendors putting their logo’s on the checkout pages so I was wondering if this is just for me…

Hi,
In PayPal, I’m able to setup a $1 Trial for 7 days by using a system called Amember.
After the 7 days is up, I want to have them either get billed by the system or have an option to go back (in our Amember system) and be able to continue their subscription.
In PayPal this is super easy. Can this be done with 2CO?

October 5th, 2009, by: lizctI have a site that promotes my home city. I am promoting a few travel related products (car rental and accommodation) on my site via affiliate marketing. For these efforts, I get paid directly into my local bank account by these local companies via their affiliate programs.
My question is: If I want to sell a travel related audio CD (or download) which I have created, to an international market, on this same site, can I process this payment through 2checkout?
Or does my site violate the terms of use because I promote other travel products (even though their payment is not processed by 2checkout)?

only one URL?

however i run promotions and specials all the time and each one of those will have its own sales page.
is that a problem?
does the salespage then have to come directly from that “registered” website.
i. e. www.abc.com/mysalespage1
and www.abc.com/mysalespage2
or can it be for the same product but the sales page be hosted on one of my other subdomains?
ie. www.xxx.comsalespage1 ?
