Hi, I have a few questions for you guys before I can get the account set up. I have a Donation web site that base in Phnom Penh (Cambodia) and USA. My questions are: can we withdraw our fund at the local bank in Cambodia or does it has to be done through the bank in the US? HOw often/how much can we withdraw per transaction.

yesterday i purchased an item from 3dexport.com. (Audi A3 (turning) lowpoly), the first attempt at the purchased came up with an error message, so i proceeded to complete another purchase thinking the first one failed.
the second purchase (of the same item by the way) completed successfully.
so i checked my PayPal account and i had actually made 2 purchases, the first one had completed successfully after all.
an email confirming the first purchase………..

can somebody please arrange for a refund of the second purchase.

I’d like to ask that you include the ability to scale the shipping amount based on the order total like most ecommerce sites to.
For example:
$.01 – $9.99 gets $1.50 shipping
$10.00 – $24.99 gets $3.50 shipping
$25.00 – $49.99 gets $5.00 shipping
Etc.
The same for weight. From 0 to 2 pounds gets $x shipping. From 2.5 pounds to 6 pounds gets $x shipping, etc.
We can assign the levels and also the amount of shipping we want for each level.
That would be SOOOO much easier than the way it is now.
