Can set up mutil shipping address for one order?

Hi, Sir

My client choose 2CO as his check out method and he want to let customer can config mutil shipping address for a product. Does 2CO support this? I check the help. There is only x_shipping_address once for a order.

Thanks

Paypal as payment method?

Any timeframe for when Paypal will be added as a payment method, as mentioned here: http://www.2checkout.com/community/?p=357

How do I raise a trouble ticket?

I need some advice on using your trouble ticketing system please.

On the 2CO home page there is a notice on the number of issues open and a link that takes you to pending issues.

I have not managed to locate the place where you actually submit the issue.

Thanking you in advance.

MUST ADD: Notify a script after a subscription has been cancelled

Dear 2CO staff,

I’ve been a 2CO customer for years, I have 3 accounts open and all 3 also use subscriptions (recurring monthly payments).

I think 2CO has one HUGE disadvantage over competitors when it comes to subscriptions, which makes truly automated membership/subscription sites impossible and you should look into it seriously. The thing is we can automatically activate membership with the help of ”Approved URL” setting. Someone purchases a subscription, is taken to the approved URL, we check the string and activate the membership. Quite easy and works very well.

The problem is when someone CANCELS a subscription (or for example billing is declined) we have to MANUALLY cancel the membership, because 2CO offers no way of notifying our scripts of the change. And with hundreds of members and years of service we spend a lot of time and effort to manually keep track of all the cancelled/declined subscriptions.

PayPal for example can notify a 3rd party script
a) when the subscription is created
b) when a recurring payment is made
c) when the subscription is cancelled

I wish we were at least able to setup an URL which 2CO notifies when the subscription is cancelled/declined. We can setup ”Approved URL” and ”Pending URL”, why not something like ”Cancelled URL”? It’s a simple HTTP call together with sale number and possibly ”Unknown purchase parameters” (so we can pass in and use extra information as required).

Why hasn’t this important feature been added yet? I have been told long ago that you plan to add something like this, but nothing to date. Can we expect something in the near future?

I truly hope your tech guys can add something like this, it’s a standard feature among other similar services and we won’t be able to use 2CO for any serious AUTOMATED membership/subscription service until this is available. Like said, we can activate memberships automatically, but have to keep track of all manually to disable the cancelled ones.

Thanks in advance!

E-Download

Hi,

I’ve created a Product (an e-Download) via the admin ”To view, edit, or create Products -> Products”. And in the Approved URL field, I entered the website address of the webpage containing a download link to the Download file.

The code i pasted on the site is something like this

<form action=’https://www.2checkout.com/2co/buyer/purchase’ method=’post’>
<input type=’hidden’ name=’sid’ value=’XXXXXX’ >
<input type=’hidden’ name=’quantity’ value=’1’ >
<input type=’hidden’ name=’product_id’ value=’X’ >
<input name=”submit” type=’submit’ value=’Buy from 2CO’ >
</form>

My questions are:

1). Firstly, is the above approach workable?

2).after customer successfully paid via credit cards, will they be directed to the download link that i have entered as the Approved URL?

3). Will the website address of the download link be Visible to customer? Which means that they can also know straightaway the download pathname?

Appreciate if u can advice.

Many thanks.

Management Content for online Stores

AWBS intergration

Hi

I use AWBS billing software, heres my site: www.WebUK.biz. And here the problem.

All of my products have ’add-ons’ and although the price for the add-on is passed through for payment, there is not a product id generated for an add-on and so would not be passed through to 2CO. You should be able to see the main product but not the add-on. I suspect this will simply mean the main product price will show up incorrectly but im not 100% sure.

Heres an example. I sell an eCommerce website. The actual main product (as I would put on 2CO), is a templated design they choose. They add it to the cart and on the next page they are asked to choose which version of the eCommerce software they want purchase with the design for their new site. These have different prices. They also can purchase a years hosting at a discount and select where they want the site installed and all have different prices.

I think you can see this page here:
http://www.webuk.biz/caddons.php?spt=O138

There are other add-ons aswell for other products such as a dedicated ip address for a hosting account. And so this is quite a big problem for me.

Any ideas how i can set this up?
Thanks, Andrew
