Sale refunded after service being delivered completely and in time.

One of my customer asked for a full refund more than a week after service being delivered, saying it is not what they paid for, even though the sales page is advertising exactly what has been delivered. The service was delivered the next day after customer placed the order. I opened a support ticket asking 2CO Help Desk that how can I deal with this, I also told the Help desk that I can provide the proof of service being delivered. In response to my ticket I was suggested to contact the customer in order to try to resolve the matter.

Notifications not received

I have asked about this problem by opening a support ticket already. but nobody is there to help properly. The staff just tells how to enable notifications from my account, And I did the same several times. But I still do not receive the notification emails of payments and order status. Now I just received an order when I was offline and after several hours, I do not know the order status therefore I cannot process the order at my end nor and provide the service to the customer.

I checked the spam box already, and this is something wrong with my account.

A customer purchases the script, makes payment, 2checkout routine says “Click here to access your goods” whereas on our website, we have mentioned clearly that it takes 6 to 12 hours for an order to be verified and processed. The client does not understand this thing 2CO to refund however he already had the order verified and the files were sent to him already.

Staff contacted me and I provided all the proofs of delivery and declined the refund request by the client. The staff member agreed saying he will decline but see, they have refunded the sale without my knowledge.

WHO WILL COMPENSATE FOR THIS? I NEED THAT MONEY BACK, WE ALREADY SENT THE FILES TO THE CLIENTS.

How to add another website to my existing account?

I am a vendor. I’ve set an account and everywhere I wrote one website. Then I got another website through which I plan to sell a product too. How to solve this issue? Or should I set up another account for the second website?

ever bother to ask the vendor before processing refunds

Does 2CO fraud dept people ever bother to ask before processing the refunds?

Our hosting sales were refunded without asking us. We already received Order reviewed email with passed status for the sale and therefore our hosting site processed the order, registered the domain for the client and setup hosting also. Everything was done, then after a few days, a man in Fraud dept thinks the sale was fraudulent and refunded the whole order to the client at his own decision. What does it mean? does he not care to ask the vendor before doing that?

Who will compensate the fee we paid for the client’s services?

I am selling single items with 2CO for 3 years now. With the new version, I have uploaded my logos for Order and Purchase, but they never show up on the pages. I use the normal checkout and not the 1 page checkout. Is there a way my company logo can be shown on the checkout page?

Issue with Payoneer card

I ordered the payoneer card by regular mail about 1 month ago and have not received it yet. When I started to realize that there are really no chances for me to get it by regular mail, I contacted Payoneer support team and asked them to issue a new card and ship it ASAP by FedEx. They charged 120$ from my Payoneer account and in about 2-3 days I was notified that my card had been issued and that I should wait for an email from Payoneer with the FedEx tracking number. However, it’s already 2 weeks that have passed by and I still have not received any updates in regards to the tracking number. I already sent few emails to the Payoneer support team and contacted them on Live Chat Support few times (including 2 times today). Unfortunately none of them there could explain me where my card is now and when I would get it. I asked if it was shipped already and did not receive any reply. They just say they don’t know about the status. When I asked for the telephone numbers of their executive management or shipment department they did not reply as well. I also asked if there is any way for me to get refunded or at least withdraw the available funds to the Payoneer card of my frined but it turns out that it’s impossible.

Can anyone comment on this?

A sale was stopped due to fraud but the info was delivered. Can I clear this sale. Also, what does CB mean in a fraud review?
