			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of my customer asked for a full refund more than a week after service being delivered, saying it is not what they paid for, even though the sales page is advertising exactly what has been delivered. The service was delivered the next day after customer placed the order. I opened a support ticket asking 2CO Help Desk that how can I deal with this, I also told the Help desk that I can provide the proof of service being delivered. In response to my ticket I was suggested to contact the customer in order to try to resolve the matter.<br />

I sent an email to the customer inquiring the reason why they want a full refund. After not receiving a response to my email for 2 days, I left a sale comment on the respective purchase, asking customer to respond to my email. I left the sale comment on 1st November and on 6th Nov the customer asked for a refund again saying they would involve the bank if a refund was not issued and 2CO&#8217;s team suggested me to refund the sale in order to avoid chargeback. I told them that I need to know the reason why customer is asking for a refund because the service was provided in full on time. I also told them that I can provide a proof that the service was delivered. But ignoring my request and ignoring the fact that the service was delivered and I offered to provide a proof, 2CO&#8217;s team issued a refund anyway. First thing I want to ask is why I had to refund the sale even after providing the service (the order was processed exactly as it was promised) and it was not even a product. The second thing I want to ask is how can I stop this customer from buying anything from me in future.</p>

The staff just tells how to enable notifications from my account, And I did the same several times. But I still do not receive the notification emails of payments and order status. Now I just received an order when I was offline and after several hours, I do not know the order status therefore I cannot process the order at my end nor and provide the service to the customer.</p>
<p>I checked the spam box already, and this is something wrong with my account.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A customer purchases the script, makes payment, 2checkout routine says &#8220;Click here to access your goods&#8221; whereas on our website, we have mentioned clearly that it takes 6 to 12 hours for an order to be verified and processed. The client does not understand this thing 2CO to refund however he already had the order verified and the files were sent to him already. </p>
<p>Staff contacted me and I provided all the proofs of delivery and declined the refund request by the client. The staff member agreed saying he will decline but see, they have refunded the sale without my knowledge.</p>
<p>WHO WILL COMPENSATE FOR THIS? I NEED THAT MONEY BACK, WE ALREADY SENT THE FILES TO THE CLIENTS.</p>

<p>Our hosting sales were refunded without asking us. We already received Order reviewed email with passed status for the sale and therefore our hosting site processed the order, registered the domain for the client and setup hosting also. Everything was done, then after a few days, a man in Fraud dept thinks the sale was fraudulent and refunded the whole order to the client at his own decision. What does it mean? does he not care to ask the vendor before doing that? </p>
<p>Who will compensate the fee we paid for the client&#8217;s services?</p>

<p>And during last few days I inform them that some of ordered saws like fraud so, please check again&#8230; And on their first message they just reply me &#8220;I apologize for the delay in response to your inquiry. Sales 4118553589 and 4118836724 have passed the fraud review on 21-Aug-2009. I hope that this information was helpful to you.&#8221; and close ticket ! If I process this 2 orders than I loose more $600+ money ! But I re-open ticket for the same than only they call party and found that this orders are fraud !!!</p>
<p>I am selling digital goods and if some one found charge back than I loose all money because no shipping proof ! Also 2checkout charge $15 for chargeback claim solution !!! </p>
<p>Means first they not check or verify all orders carefully and if chargeback claim they also charge $15 ! </p>
<p>Its very bad&#8230; NOT HAPPY WITH 2CHECKOUT FRAUD CHECK DEPARTMENT&#8230;</p>
<p>Hope reading this they check all orders carefully and seller get less fraud orders &#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I ordered the payoneer card by regular mail about 1 month ago and have not received it yet. When I started to realize that there are really no chances for me to get it by regular mail, I contacted Payoneer support team and asked them to issue a new card and ship it ASAP by FedEx. They charged 120$ from my Payoneer account and in about 2-3 days I was notified that my card had been issued and that I should wait for an email from Payoneer with the FedEx tracking number. However, it&#8217;s already 2 weeks that have passed by and I still have not received any updates in regards to the tracking number. I already sent few emails to the Payoneer support team and contacted them on Live Chat Support few times (including 2 times today). Unfortunately none of them there could explain me where my card is now and when I would get it. I asked if it was shipped already and did not receive any reply. They just say they don&#8217;t know about the status. When I asked for the telephone numbers of their executive management or shipment department they did not reply as well. I also asked if there is any way for me to get refunded or at least withdraw the available funds to the Payoneer card of my frined but it turns out that it&#8217;s impossible.</p>
<p>Can anyone comment on this?</p>
