I paid for an essay from essaycapital.com using this service. First essaycapital.com extended the deadline for the completion of the project, and now they want me to send a copy of my passport or drivers license or bank statement to them. It seems that there are many stories of companies using this service to cheat customers.

Goodguy987,
I’m sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with the website essaycapital.com. I can not speak for or about the website since I’m not familiar with it. There certainly are people who want to our our services for illegitimate uses, although we try very hard to catch these people. Personally I can say that 2Checkout.com has a very good verifications and risk department to make sure that people using our services on both ends are legitimate. If you feel that this website is trying to scam you then I would contact us directly so an agent can assist you with this matter. You can do so by either entering a ticket or calling us directly.

Just as a final note, keep in mind that we are happy to offer you a refund for your order if anything was to happen with the vendor you were working with. So even if someone was able to use our services for illegitimate uses you will still be able to get your money back.
