Help Me Track My Item Please…

I purchased a product in which I used 2checkout.com to pay for it. I urgently need it because I am going on a trip soon. I was wondering if there is a way to track my package like on FedEx? I would like to know if it my order has been processed, if the package has been sent, and where the package is at the moment and also where it is headed. I someone could explain to me how to do this, I would greatly appreciate it.

2Checkout.com is an authorize reseller for vendor’s online. As such we have no involvement in the shipping of the product, we handle the payments for our vendors who are actually shipping you the product to you. To find out this information you will need to get a hold of the vendor directly. You will most likely be able to find contact information on their site, although if you are still having trouble you are free to call our Customer Care department and they can assist you getting in contact with them.
