Merchant not responding: recurring bill problem

I want to ask how I can cancel an order with merchant Enterprisedigital.net. I have sent them e-mails and attempted twice to close my accounts but they are not responding at all. I have told them not to bill me but 2checkout still billed me today despite my e-mails and attempts since 3 days ago. I also opened a ticket with 2checkout regarding this issue but still have not received an answer. I urgently need a solution. Please help.

Your ticket has already been answered. If you did not receive the response, you may wish to check your email client’s spam filter.

Please reopen the ticket, if you require any further assistance with this issue. The ticket system is the most secure and the quickest way to resolve any problems you may have, with the exception of calling us directly.
