I want to ask how I can cancel an order with merchant Enterprisedigital.net. I have sent them e-mails and attempted twice to close my accounts but they are not responding at all. I have told them not to bill me but 2checkout still billed me today despite my e-mails and attempts since 3 days ago. I also opened a ticket with 2checkout regarding this issue but still have not received an answer. I urgently need a solution. Please help.
