And couple days ago I called 2checkout again and basically what I got as a response was \"tough lucK, go buy a new one\". He said that the supplier was not obliged to send more than one download. I had a virus attack for chryst\'s sake, they are telling me to buy a new one? How hard is it to send me a copy? I am not opening the stupid ticket again because the customer support representatives are not even reading it, saying the same crap over and over every time I reopen my ticket, I mean c\'mon I think I can figure out what the website to grammatix.com is.
