Precisely, if seller says (on the website): “you will be given free further technical support and assistance if any problem occurs with your job site regarding the script.†and “We can provide free script installation as well as color scheme changes if requested.†but when customer asked for help regarding installation of the script, he pointed to readme.txt (which is very brief, and hasn’t needed information), and after second request he did not reply 2 days?
The seller is availscript.com, buyer is me, and I want to know if I could get my money back?

Just chipping in here – And I know it’s too late to say so…
But I would never buy any product from a web site that looks so poor in quality.
That said, you deserve your money back. They offered help beyond the product and you have not received it. They have breached their own terms – official or not.
Good luck,
Richard.

You are probably right.
However, since I live in political and economical turbulent country (former Yugoslavia, then Serbia and Montenegro, and now it is Serbia) I have a very few possibilities to choose when paying online.
For instance, my country is not on the paypal list, and I had troubles in the past to use services from some of payment providers.
I have never had any trouble to use 2Checkout. I bought PhpMyRealty, PhpMyDirectory and Lite Commerce (via 2CO) and had correct support.
The other important thing for me was a multilanguage possibility. So, I bought THAT script.
Do you know of a good jobsite PHP script which I could buy from 2CO and which could easily be translated from English?
Sincerely,
Vladimir
