Change creadit card information placement

The single purchase page is really good: I know I lose sell when people don’t see they can immediatly pay after clicking on a “puchase” page which is a problem I don’t face thanks to the SPP.

To make things even more clear that customer can pay right after they click on SPP, I suggest moving the credit card information fields group right on top, just below the “Order Summary” fields group.
