You already know how to contact us directly via the phone or ticket system, when you encounter a problem, but what do you do when you just have suggestions for improvements or new features?
In the office, we have a well-worn Suggestion Box (pictured), but we didn’t have one on this site until now. If you look to the right, you’ll see we’ve added a new category called “Feature Requests”. This category will allow you to post your ideas and suggestions for 2Checkout.
Think of this as a non-stop worldwide brainstorming session.
Whenever you have an idea for a new article, transaction feature or administration feature, just make a new post in the Feature Requests category.
Whenever you see a post for an idea you like, give it a thumbs up. You can give it a thumbs down, if you don’t like it. Don’t forget to post your comments on the idea!

Please let us be able to send tco_currency to the payment routine as in the good old days.

This was never a supported ability. There may be more sophisticated currency features in the future, but it’s too early to say what exactly those will be. I’ll pass your suggestion on to our developers.

1. Make possible transfer money amount from one vendor account to another
2. Make possible patrial payments after payment cycle for example:
Amount after payment cycle: 1000 $
Now we can choose one of the payment methods to receive earned amount, maybe you can make possible for us to send for example 300$ to payoneer card and 700$ trough bank wire transfer.

1. I don’t believe this is going to be an option as a direct transfer of funds, but you may be interested in the new affiliate program, if another vendor is selling your products.
2. This feature, or one very similar to it, is currently under consideration. It’s still very early in the process, so I can’t provide more information at this time.

My “the most wanted feature” is ability to use single account with multiple websites. I have over 60 intangible products (software) – each with its own website. I can’t even imagine myself managing 60 2CO accounts.
You offer additional accounts with $19 discount – $30 instead of $49, but why don’t you just charge these $30 for adding new domain to existing account instead?
This is the only reason that stops me from transferring my products to 2CO. I just can’t physically manage that many accounts – I will have no time to provide my customers with first class support and to develop new products

The specified currency in the website shopping cart is what the customer wants to pay however you change the currency based on the customer’s ip address and your checkout process is not clear to the customer that you have changed the currency and that it can be changed back. This is not good. You should clearly state in your checkout process that you have changed the currency from the customers desired currency. It looks bad for your company and i am getting complaints that the total the customer is quoted on my site is not the total that they pay (due to conversion rates implemented by 2CO). The customer should be able to change the currency from the currency that is specified in the shopping cart and should not have to change it back to the original desired currency because 2CO arbitrarily stepped in and changed it based on an ip address. This switch-aroo trick 2CO is doing is not good for my business and looks bad for your business and mine. Please do something about this because i do not want to continue getting complaints from customers regarding this dubious function in your checkout process making the customers pay more than the quoted price on my site.

I am next to this!
That’s not good when customer comes to my website, see the product price of US$99 but when trying to order it, he sees €66.81 because of that visitor is from Europe!
Is there a way to make currency fixed? I see no such parameter in the list.

Hello, Im bumping this because there is no reply and im still getting complaints. Ive noticed that my payments to 2CO has been dipping down since i started getting more complaints and as my customer base is rapidly growing outside of the US it may be a very good idea for you to support this function and get more sales through your payment service rather than deal with lost opportunity.
Please get back to me on this as i do like your service and would like my customers to have this option rather than bank transfer. But they seem to be opting for bank transfer over credit card payment in the Euro countries mind you..

Just a little information upon further inspection of todays orders. Of the 15 orders that were aborted at check out, 9 of them were 2checkout payment method orders. Im not sure if there is a connection but there very well could be as Ive been getting a lot of complaints lately.

I would like to bump this because Im still getting questions like this;
I have conflicting prices on two separate emails regarding confirmation of order.
2checkout.com (order number 3939883290) has a final price of $477.16 whereas rhdjapan admin (order number:RHD13349) has a final price of $468.46. I am a little confused of this could you please clarify.
What should I tell them?

I’ve been using page: http://www.2checkout.com/cgi-bin/rk_buyers/rates.2c
To automatically update the rates in my site to correctly set euro – dollar conversion rate for european customers. Now you removed that page so my site no longer displays euro values correctly.
I need this feature back online as soon as possible, otherwise I cant set an exact value in euros: I WILL LOOSE CUSTOMERS!!!
I already opened a ticket and their reply was to make the request here.

Hey,
I own a web hosting company and I want to accept Singapore dollars (SGD). Most of my customers are mainly from Singapore. Therefore, they’d prefer to pay in SGD. However, 2CO is still not accepting SGD. It’s been years since I last asked this question but till date, you guys are still not doing it? Is there any reason why? Do you have any plan to start accepting SGD?
Looking forward to your favorable response.
Best regards,
Melvin Neo

Thank you for the suggestion, Melvin.
We will be adding additional currencies in the near future. Unfortunately, I do not know if SGD will be included in the first round of additions. We will definitely take it under consideration, if it is not.
