Hi,
I would like to be able to specify product price for any item I sold, in euros, not in dollars.
For my euro customers for example, I would like to have on my site, the price I sell the product in euros. If I do so, because of the variation in currencies, customer on the 2co page will see varying prices, because it is converted from dollars.
This is really annoying and all alternatives like paypal and such let us specify product price in any supported currency, not just dollars.
Again, this is a reason why I keep competitors of yours, because I must display my price in euros, and can’t have my buyers see different price on the checkout page.

You can set your accounts currency to Euro on the banking details page. However in doing so please note that each 2Checkout account can only be setup in one currency. The product price or total that is passed in by your shopping cart will always be in your accounts selected currency. If your account is set to USD the order total will be automatically changed to the customers local currency based on their IP address and the current exchange rate. If your account is set to a different currency such as Euro the order total will always be in Euro unless the customer changes the currency manually by clicking on the currency flags in the purchase routine. If you want to list the products on your site in more than 1 currency you will have to open multiple accounts in different currencies to cover all of your different currency listings.

Hello, i’m sorry but this is like using a hammer to kill a fly.
There is no need to convert the ENTIRE account in one or other currency. I sell in euros, but also dollars. If I convert in euro, the problem will now be with displaying my prices in dollars.
If my account is in usd, why can’t I specify a price in euros for a product ? Your system should convert it in dollars for its internal processing in dollars.
How is paypal or worldpay doing ? My accounts are in dollars, yet, when I set a product, I set “EUR” or “USD” or “CAN” or whatever other supported currency when setting a product. The system keeps price in account currency in the background, but customers always see price in specified amount or currency. There should absolutely not need to convert entire account in other currency to support product price in various currencies.
This is a weakness of your system that can be very easily resovled.
I strongly urge you to resovle it.

Just an example to stress the problem: I have a product for sale at 21.95 euros.
If I advertise this price, and customer goes to 2CO checkout, he will never see this price. Depending on currency moves, he might see more or less, which will seriously reduce customer confidance and can lead to a lost sale.
This can easily be resolved like most other providers do without changing entire account currency.

Hi with addition of new currency, this becomes more relevant than ever.
Please, include this feature, there is no reason paypal and worldpay allows to do this but not you.
You support for multiple currency is still partial.
Thanks to consider.
