Hello,
I am wondering if 2checkout would ever implement an option of withdrawal amount.
Setting release level is not really a good way bcoz sometimes I want to withdraw a few bucks on my payoneer card and all the rest to wire transfer, in this case I have no way to manage the money.
I am surprised why 2CO hasn’t implemented such a necessary feature till yet???

Yes I would also agree this is strange this hasn’t be implemented till today. It very very useful feature.
