One of my customer asked for a full refund more than a week after service being delivered, saying it is not what they paid for, even though the sales page is advertising exactly what has been delivered. The service was delivered the next day after customer placed the order. I opened a support ticket asking 2CO Help Desk that how can I deal with this, I also told the Help desk that I can provide the proof of service being delivered. In response to my ticket I was suggested to contact the customer in order to try to resolve the matter.

I sent an email to the customer inquiring the reason why they want a full refund. After not receiving a response to my email for 2 days, I left a sale comment on the respective purchase, asking customer to respond to my email. I left the sale comment on 1st November and on 6th Nov the customer asked for a refund again saying they would involve the bank if a refund was not issued and 2CO’s team suggested me to refund the sale in order to avoid chargeback. I told them that I need to know the reason why customer is asking for a refund because the service was provided in full on time. I also told them that I can provide a proof that the service was delivered. But ignoring my request and ignoring the fact that the service was delivered and I offered to provide a proof, 2CO’s team issued a refund anyway. First thing I want to ask is why I had to refund the sale even after providing the service (the order was processed exactly as it was promised) and it was not even a product. The second thing I want to ask is how can I stop this customer from buying anything from me in future.

Hi,
I had good experience with using 2co since over 2 years, but there is a BASIC feature i’m missing, and i’m starting to look at alternatives.

I brought this up already, but see no change.

Ok, please, PLEASE implement the ability to set a price for a product in another currency than account currency only.

Currently, I, and probably many others are missing a lot of sales, because of this inability.

I’m selling a product for 49.95 brazilian real.
How am I supposed to advertise this price on my web site’s product page ?
Customer will NEVER see this price, because you only allow us to set price in account currency (USD in my case). So depending on dollar / brazilian real rate, customer may see on the 2co page, 48.56 brazilian real, or even 51.21 brazilian real…. do you think a customer will purchase a product advertised at a price, and billed at another, possibly higher ? I WON’T !! This doesn’t look serious.

Allow us to specify the price in any supported currency. Then, in the background, you convert it in account currency for processing, but we must have control over both price and currency for each product, to control what we show to our clients.

So in the product setup page from the admin, you should let us specify a price AND a currency.

All other credit card processor, such as paypal, worldpay and all the other, allow this.
It’s time that you do, because right now, I simply can’t display a purchase price in a supported currency, because it won’t match the price on 2co buy page.

This is a MAJOR problem, and I hope it will be resolved soon.

Hi,
i have just sign up a new account with 2CO. I have develop a Drupal e-commerce site with Ubercart module turn on. I have also installed 2CO payment module in my Drupal site. Before i migrate my site to live production site, i have make a few trial/test transaction by using a fake visa card(trial) = 4111111111111111 and cvv = 111. I have successfully make a purchase in my site which i receive a e-mail from 2checkout.com, however, when i sign in to my vendor account to check the fake/trial purchase that i have made just now, i can’t locate any sales/order in my account. Does the fake purchase also need to be queue in as normal purchase transaction?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hello!
I am interested in setting up an account with 2CO, however I need the ability to be able to compute total price based on selections that the customer makes in either a text field or check box. For example (this is just a hypothetical), if I am selling rocks at $500 for the first pound, and $400 for each additional pound, the customer would need to be able to enter the number of pounds of rocks he would like to purchase, and the price calculator would calculate the total automatically based on a simple formula that I input.

I was wondering if 2CO cart has this ability to do this, such as multiply, divide, add, and subtratct (like a price calculator). And if not, do you happen to know of a cart that can?

Many thanks for any information you can provide.

-Davide
