Problem with fund release in Payoneer Card

Hi !

After 1 month I get my Payoneer Card and I updated my 2CO profile as per 2CO team reply…

But now I don’t why 2CO take too much time to release my payment to Payoneer !

And also every time when I contact 2CO support team or live Chat team they reply me diff. diff. ans !

I contact Ashley, Lorena, Kim and Live chat team kcreamer.

First Lorena confirm my account update and reply on 30th Aug 2008 that “I see that you’ve updated your banking information. I will notify the correct department to have them notate this.”

After this reply I get message on 2nd Sep from Kim that “Have you received and activated the card?” !!! (I already give this card activation details in my first ticket)

So, again I said Kim that YES I activated my card so, pls process my payment…

And Kim reply me “I apologize for the confusion. The status on your account has been updated. Payments release on Thursdays provided the pending balance is above the release level and no other issues are pending on the account.”

But when I check today (on Friday) that still 2CO didn’t release fund to my card so, I contact Live help team and chat with “kcreamer” and again same ! I get reply “I did find this notation on your account please be advised: when supplier responds to confirm PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO PAYMENTS TO REQUESTING STATUS S CHANGE SO PAYMENT MAY BE RELEASED…” !!!!

Can I know whats going on at 2CO ???

Can I get perfect reply and my fund fast release in my Payoneer card ?

Waiting for prompt reply from 2CO team members ….

A customer recently told me that the email she received from 2CO did not say anything about the vendor (me). I confirmed this using the live help feature - the person helping me did say that there is a link directing them where they can find out. That customer was suspicious about entering her credit card details without seeing anything about the vendor - when there is so much phishing and spam, I understand her concerns. Since these emails are computer generated, it would be simple to include either the company name or site title (or URL), as filled in on the account page of 2CO, somewhere in the email.

Editing in Spanish is required

The site I am working on intends to teach Spanish online. The language lessons offered are different from all practices online in that they copy the classroom simple situations.

But on entering the Product/Lessons description the PayPal site rejects Spanish words by changing all accents and ñ´s into queer symbols.

I cannot use English words and cannot omit accents or ñ´s because the clients will be receiving the mistaken forms of what they intend to learn.

From the very beginning, everything written should be in Spanish. I hope to continue working with PayPal but should solve this issue. Any suggestions?

security problem

I found this secrity problem with 2checkout.

when i want to do a payment from my own website, i get redirected to https://www.2checkout.com/2co/buyer/purchase
sofar so good. However, when i wait long enough (I presume untill the session is over) and I click on the 2CO/CHECKOUT button, i get to see all the variables as a GET. At that moment I can change the total amount to whatever I want and then proceed to the next step. And see, the amount I have to pay is changed to what i filled in.

The same problem arises when I setup a connection throug curl and redirect to the proper page.

2checkout - Security Information

I’ve noticed less sales for the past day or two so I clicked on my 2checkout sales link to be met with the following popup window

“Security Information

This page contains both secure and nonsecure items.

Do you want to display the nonsecure items.

Yes No More Info”

I’m sure this is putting people off completing their purchase. Could you please look into this. I get the same/similar message using Internet Explorer and FireFox.

Simulate INS

Hi,
How can I simulate an INS call? I am placing real orders, but not getting a notification. I have requested a notification for “New Order Creation” and yet nothing is happenning. I know the script might be erraneous, but I need a method to trace it rather than placing limitless real orders. Any suggestions?

For the time being, and to avoid script errors, I’ve just included code that sends a simple email without checking any posted parameters. Once I am sure that INS works, I’ll need to figure out a way to test the complex script.

Wire tranfer to HSBC in Vietnam

The credit card could come from various countries as well as Vietnam.

Hi ,
I am individual who wants to setup a website to sell software installed on a USB pen drive … ( a software service )

Could you tell me if it is possible for indian credit card users to avail 2CO’s service for the same … ?

If so how much would it cost approximately and if there are any conversion charges from INR to USD and USD to INR for the same.. ( excluding the 5% + $0.45 service charge for each transaction )
