1. Changing release level easily. 2. name…email…ip instead of name…ip…email

1. Is it possible to change release level in one click without going into troublesome wizard with the risk of reentering wrong bank details?

2. Currently the field order in the confirmation email is:

Customer Information

name
ip
email

Is it possible to make it instead:

name
email
ip

it is more logical if the data is copied/pasted manually.

Thanks,
Dolores

Hello Dolores,

After you have set up your payment profile in the vendor administration area, you can change your release level under the Account -> Bank Account tab. On this page, there is a field with your release level amount. To change the release level, modify the amount in the field and then click the icon next to it, which will save your new release level amount.

Unfortunately, there is not a way to modify the email templates at this time. However, I will certainly provide this information to our developers as a suggestion of how to organize the templates better.

With the release level I think the problem is maybe v2 doesn’t support IE6, in this particular windows instance I still have it, I’m installing IE8 now maybe the release amount will be shown there.

In IE6 I see the default currency “Argentine pesos” which is the topmost item (so in fact it doesn’t show the account currency) and nothing in other fields.

Maybe you need to check the browser version if it is not compatible to give some warning at least :)

The same problem in IE8, it is what is shown, all fields are empty, nothing to click on, the account currency is not even shown.

The issue you are reporting appears to be a user permissions issue with your username, not a browser related issue. Please contact us directly so that we can resolve this issue in your account.

ok thanks, I’ll do, actually there were problems with the account using v2 from the beginning (the account is much older than v2), so the reason is the account settings weren’t transferred properly.
