I have been a member for over a year, I signed up as an alternative to paypal and google checkout What 2 check out promised is totally different from the service received I sold a corporation to a long time client he passed their security check they called him several times to make sure he received his product and he called me and told me they contacted him several times and now I should receive my payment but for some reason the Risk department has a hold on my money and I have already shelled out close to $1,500.00 for the product I sold so I need my money yet Risk department never notified me their was any problem People I hope you read this before you join 2 checkout and I assure in my blogs and all my web sites I will be letting people know about their operation if there is a problem they need to notify their vendot=rs of such not take the payment then put it on hold until they decide to release it I am searching for a new merchant account and have found one that is cheaper and makes payments in real time so after this I know I will never use this company again and My name for the record is William Galloway and any can reach me at ficoandpaydex@Comcast.net I am extremely disappointed with this company any one else contact me. Lets see if they post this bad review!!

Hi William,
I am sorry to hear about the difficulty that you’ve experienced in regards to your payment. I urge you to contact us via risk@2co.com so that we can discuss your account specific situation and so that we can try to reach a resolution.
In the meantime, I would like to mention that as a reseller 2Checkout must at all times be aware of what exactly it is that we are reselling for our vendors. If at anytime a vendor wishes to change their product offering drastically from what it was that they were originally approved for, they should notify the Risk department prior to offering the new product or service for sale. Discrepancies between what an account was approved for and what was actually sold can sometimes unfortunately result in payment delays.
